- Features of a successful trainer
- Managing a training program
- Difficulties and ways to overcome them

- It will help you build an effective training program and deliver it in a manner tailored to the needs of the group you are addressing;
- You cope with difficult situations that may arise during a training program;
- Identify your own strengths and capitalize on them in adult learning.
