Course Outline
This programme empowers your team to further enhance their influencing capabilities. It is particularly suitable for team members who have already established foundational communication and influencing skills, either through prior development opportunities or formal training programs.
Requirements
• Participants complete a 48-question online 360-degree survey, providing self-assessment feedback along with input from up to seven colleagues, to gain insight into their current influencing behaviors. Please note that these responses are not anonymous. • The resulting report is connected to the Influencing Behavior Model utilized in the programme and will be revisited during the course.
