2. Defining customers/users through personalization techniques
3. Defining the problem or challenge – the client's situation
4. Identifying business value in the project – requirements and acceptance criteria:
– Creating User Story Maps using brainstorming techniques

  • Identification, definition, decomposition, and prioritization of requirements: tools and techniques, such as those developed by Richard Lawrens and the Elephant Carpaccio exercise.
  • Workshop:
    - Defining requirements – identifying them within the user story formula
    - Assessing the measurability of requirements and establishing effectiveness – identifying acceptance criteria for a user story
    - Prioritizing requirements based on the project client's needs
    - Transferring requirements – ensuring mutual understanding – conveying customer needs into transparent user stories

5. Summary – retrospective using the "start, stop, continue" method
