Requirements
This is a practitioner-level course. Candidates must satisfy at least one of the following agile knowledge prerequisites: iSQI® Certified Agile Essentials (CAE), iSQI® Certified Scrum Master Pro, ISTQB® Foundation Level Agile Tester, or have two years of professional experience working in Agile environments. Due to the course's practical, experiential learning approach, certain foundational knowledge is assumed. Without this background, candidates may struggle to complete the course and assessments within the allocated timeframe. Candidates are expected to already be proficient in applying basic practices and techniques, such as:
- Knowledge of Test Design methods: Equivalence Partitioning (EP), Boundary Value Analysis (BVA), State Transition, Decision Tables, and Exploratory Testing
- Familiarity with basic test terminology
- Understanding the distinction between functional and non-functional testing, including fundamental concepts of Performance and Usability testing
- Ability to perform all activities associated with the fundamental test process
