An examination of how to craft and deliver ideas that inspire, influence, and engage audiences.
Activity 2: The Blind Guide Challenge
In teams of three, participants build a Lego tower using alternating colors. Two members are blindfolded, while one captain directs them solely through verbal instructions. One blindfolded member builds while the other relays instructions from the captain.
Reflection Session
A recap and discussion on the key lessons from the previous activities
Module 3: Structuring Public Speaking
An analysis of speech structure, preparation methods, and critical delivery considerations.
Activity 3: Creative Storytelling
Groups collaborate to craft a narrative based on a single prompt topic.
Module 4: Crafting and Delivering Speeches
Focusing on organizing thoughts for a speech, identifying effective delivery strategies, and personal preparation techniques.
Final Review and Presentation Assessment
Participants select from a list of topics to present, delivering a 5 to 10-minute speech.
