Analysis

- How our qualities can backfire on us: The different communication styles (DISC) and their pitfalls.
- Understanding our core values and whether they align with those of our company, department, or team.
- An inventory of productive stress situations.
- Strategies for optimizing positive stress.
Empowerment
- Pair interviews and debriefing: Discover your skills and key strengths.
