SAFe® for Teams Training Course
This intensive two-day training is designed to empower teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to thrive in an Agile setting by leveraging established frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Participants will gain insights into functioning as a cohesive Agile Team, managing and prioritizing backlogs, and effectively planning and executing iterations. A key focus of the course is understanding the team’s critical role within the ART, fostering collaboration, and continuously improving processes alongside other teams.
The curriculum prepares teams to actively participate in Program Increments (PI), covering both team-level and program-level events, with special attention to upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completion, participants will be well-prepared to sit for the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Apply SAFe principles to scale Lean and Agile practices throughout the organization.
Understand their team’s role within the Agile Release Train and its contribution to overarching organizational goals.

Requirements
Attendance is open to all individuals regardless of prior experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those aiming to pursue the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification:
