This two-day program is tailored to empower teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to thrive in Agile settings by utilizing frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will discover how to operate as effective Agile Teams, manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and deliver iterations. A key focus is placed on comprehending the team’s position within the ART and fostering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement in synergy with other teams.

The training readies teams for engagement in Program Increments (PI), addressing both team-level and program-level activities, with special attention to upcoming PI planning events. Upon finishing the course, participants will be well-prepared to sit for the certification exam to achieve SAFe® Practitioner (SP) status.
