  • Leveraging contributed field extension modules such as email and date fields

Views

  • Creating simple views using the Views UI module
  • Overriding existing views
  • Understanding Views types and available extensions
  • Managing relationships (nodereference and userreference fields)

Panels

  • Constructing pages with diverse content
  • Exploring basic Panels options and definitions
  • Working with Panels displays, panel pages, and panel nodes
  • Utilizing Mini Panels
  • Handling Panels arguments

Requirements

Participants should already be comfortable with core Drupal concepts such as nodes, users, comments, terms, and vocabularies.

Completing the Administering a Drupal Website course is recommended.
