VoIP Training in Istanbul

This course is divided into two complementary sections: theoretical and practical. The first section offers a one-day introduction that covers the motivation, philosophy, fundamentals, and operational rules of the SIP protocol, as well as its application in implementing telecom services, with a specific focus on IP telephony and VoIP. The second section, spanning two days, allows participants to master practical service operation through hands-on laboratory exercises. This part provides detailed insights into configuring SIP telephony architecture components, analyzing SIP signaling at both message sequence chart and internal message structure levels, and helps in understanding common issues and troubleshooting techniques, including security and telecom fraud aspects. Trainers will share their extensive experience in launching, operating, and managing SIP telephony, including virtualization and cloud-based solutions. The practical component utilizes both SIP hardphones and softphones alongside IP telephony servers (Asterisk and Freeswitch). Participants can benefit from the trainers' rich technical and business background in IP telephony by submitting their own problems and questions, which will be addressed during the wrap-up session to meet current client needs. This training is designed for participants with foundational knowledge and experience in telecom services, specifically VoIP and IP networking.
